Troy J. Hofmann, MPT, ATC, Cert. MDT
Troy has been providing exceptional care since 1990 in
the outpatient and homecare setting in the South Jersey Region. He
received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education Studies with
a concentration in Athletic Training from the University of Delaware
in 1988. He further received his Master of Physical Therapy from the
University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey in affiliation with
Rutgers University in 1990.
Troy is Credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and
Treatment of Spinal Disorders by the International McKenzie
Institute and as a Athletic Trainer by the National Athletic Trainers Association. His expertise is in the area of mechanical diagnosis and
treatment of the spine, orthotic fabrication for ankle/foot
disorders, advanced knee and shoulder rehabilitation, and sports
medicine.
An experienced clinician with an extensive specialty
training background, Troy has worked with the U.S. Olympic Rhythmic
Gymnastics team and was a fitness evaluator to the U.S. Olympic
Ice-Skating team. He has lectured for the UMDNJ/Rutgers Physical
Therapy Program, the Athletic Trainer’s Association of Southern New
Jersey, the Burlington County Athletic Trainer’s Association and
various other professional and youth sports organizations. He also
served on the Legislative Committee for the New Jersey Chapter of
the APTA from November 1994 to May 1997. Additionally, Troy has
written protocols for rehabilitation following anterior cruciate
ligament reconstruction and following rotator cuff repair, which
have been utilized by many orthopedic surgeons in the Southern New
Jersey region.
Troy is currently the Safety Director for Mount
Laurel Baseball and is a coach of a travel soccer team.
David B. Huttinger, MPT, ATC, Cert. MDT
David
has been providing physical therapy services
since 1990 in the local South Jersey area in outpatient
physical therapy clinics and homecare setting. He graduated from Ursinus College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with an
Athletic Training minor in 1984. He also participated in the Summer
Sports Medicine Program at West Chester University in 1984. David
was employed as an Athletic Trainer at Rutgers University in New
Brunswick from 1986 to 1987. He continued his education to receive
his Masters of Physical Therapy from University of Medicine &
Dentistry of New Jersey in affiliation with Rutgers University in
1990. Mr. Huttinger worked as a Physical Therapist at Delaware
Physical Therapy Associates in Lawrenceville, NJ from 1990 to 1992
before moving down to Atco, New Jersey to work for PRO Physical
Therapy. He then went to work for Physical Therapy & Sports
Services as a Clinical Director in the Willingboro office from 1995
to 1996. Since then, David has been providing physical therapy
services as an independent contractor for home care agencies in the
Burlington County Region.
Mr. Huttinger has
furthered his clinical skills by being Credentialed by the
International McKenzie Institute in Mechanical Diagnosis and
Treatment of Spinal Disorders. Also, he has continued in his
education of Mechanical Disorders for Extremities. He also has
participated in numerous continued education courses over his career, focusing on geriatrics, orthopedics, sports medicine and
functional training.
David has been active
as an assistant coach for the Mount Laurel Striders, and actively
participates throughout the year in cross country, winter track and
spring track.
