RESTORE Physical Therapy offers post concussion rehabilitation for patient's who have sustained a concussion or other traumatic brain injury. A vestibular trained physical therapist will perform a thorough examination, develop an appropriate plan of care based the patient's current symptoms and progress a rehabilitation program to meet the individual's needs. Return to school, work and sport activities will be monitored working closely with one's physician.
